Doc Ready – Helps young people feel more confident and get better results when they see their GP about a mental health issue.

Madly in Love – Relationship and mental health advice for young people and their partners.

Happify – Scientifically designed activities and games based on breakthrough research from leading academic institutions. Our program is designed to train people to disrupt patterns of negative thinking, manage stress, and build skills to overcome life challenges. See ‘happify it now’ within the app.

Stem4 Support with self-harm  – Provides activities to support you with urges to self-harm (Comfort, distract, express or release)

Crisis Card – This app provides a one-button-press ‘call for help’, so you can reach out to your support network without having to face a phone call, you can communicate your needs without having to talk, and share your location without having to know it yourself. It also supports you in managing your health and wellbeing by providing information and signposting to the relevant resources available. For daily use the app also provides an area to easily record and track your state of wellbeing over time.
